Its finally scape time folks! We have a ton left to cut and we are taking orders now! $5 per pound again this year.
For those of you who may not know, the garlic scape is the flower shoot of hard neck variety garlics. It is something i would describe as a garlic flavored spring onion. They make a great garnish like you would use a spring onion for or throw them in your stir fry!
