The Umapine Creamery

The Umapine Creamery Farmstead fresh and aged cheeses from pastured Jersey, Holstein and Milking Shorthorn cows. The rest has been trial and error.

The Umapine Creamery was started in 2012 by Yvonne and Brent Carroll who are long time dairy farmers (40+years). Yvonne learned to make cheese from other cheese makers and at OSU cheese making classes. Yvonne has truly become and artisan farmstead cheese maker. Our son Tyler and daughter in law Eric run the dairy operations now since our sale in 2016. Now Yvonne and Brent make cheese and help rais
