A Quick Note About Our New Wrap Options
We've been experimenting with some new wrap options at Grateful Market — including three wraps made with gluten-free Toufayan wraps, as well as versions of some of our standard wraps made without cheese and with Vegenaise.
We're trying these out to see how much interest there is in these options. They require some additional ingredients, preparation and labeling on our end, so we'll be looking at both customer response and what makes sense for us to continue producing.
We'll have them at the Oxford Farmers' Market on Saturday and the Franklin, NY Farmer's Market on Sunday, and we've also brought some to Buzzing Bee in Saugerties.
If you've been looking for these options, this is a good weekend to give them a try and let us know what you think. Your response will help us decide whether these are something we should continue making.
