🐄❤️ ONE YEAR AGO, IT ALL STARTED WITH A DREAM… ❤️🐄

One year ago today, Unadilla Meat Company became more than just an idea. It became our mission.

We didn’t have a store full of meat, customers walking through the doors, or shelves stocked with products. What we had was a dream, a whole lot of determination, faith in God, and the willingness to roll up our sleeves and get to work! 💪

We knew it wouldn’t be easy. There would be long days, late nights, unexpected challenges, and plenty of moments when we would wonder what in the world we had gotten ourselves into! 😂

But we believed in something.

We believed that our little town deserved a place to purchase fresh, quality meats without having to drive miles away. We believed in supporting our community, building relationships, and bringing a little life back into a building that had stood for generations.

And most importantly, we believed in UNADILLA. ❤️

Today, as we look back on the past year, we are overwhelmed with gratitude.

To everyone who followed our page before we ever opened our doors, shared our posts, encouraged us, prayed for us, told a friend about us, or walked through our doors and made a purchase — THANK YOU!

You have no idea how much your support has meant to us.

Some of you started out as customers, but somewhere along the way, you became something much more. You became our extended family. ❤️

We have laughed together, shared stories, made new friendships, and been reminded time and time again why small towns and small businesses are so special.

We aren’t celebrating one year of being OPEN just yet. We’re celebrating one year since we took that first leap of faith and started turning a dream into reality.

And what a journey it has been!

We still have big dreams, plenty of ideas, and lots of work ahead of us. But one thing will never change — our appreciation for the people who have helped make Unadilla Meat Company what it is today.
