We owe y’all a big apology, but we’re going to have a slight delay with today’s pulled pork. Pickup will now begin at 2:00 PM instead of 12:30 PM.

Our butts have been smoking all night long, but this batch is quite a bit larger than the size we normally receive. They’re taking a little longer to get exactly where we want them—and we simply will not rush them and serve you something that doesn’t meet our standards.

We know many of you planned your Sunday around that 12:30 pickup time, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. ❤️

You trust us to give you tender, juicy, fall-apart pulled pork every time, and we take that trust seriously. If that means giving these big ol’ butts another hour and a half in the smoker, then that’s exactly what we’re going to do. 🐷🔥
