Beyond thrilled to be back on the since winning Guy’s Grocery Games 10 years ago!!! 🤩 This time I have the absolute honor of sitting back and chatting about some of my favorite food spots in various categories from pizza to burgers to noodles and more from places across the country!!

Food Network’s Top 10 brings in an incredible group of talented chefs (that I am truly honored to be included alongside) to rank the Top 10 dishes in every crave-worthy category along with insights and hot takes along the way.

Episodes come out every Monday at 10pm EST and streams the next day on MAX and Discovery Plus!!! My only warning is that the show will definitely make you HUNGRY ⚠️🤤 (I had to heat up a slice of frozen pizza watching the first episode 🤣.)

The most amazing weekend doing all of my favorite things:

- quality time with my family
- teaching an incredible group how to make one of my favorite foods: PASTA (in general, educating and entertaining through food!)
- getting active in nature (hiking, kayaking etc.)
- a screen-free weekend/digital detox

I know octopus can be a controversial ingredient for some people, but in my Italian family it was always just part of the table. Seafood salads in the summer, grilled octopus at gatherings, cold wine, lots of lemon, olive oil, and big platters shared around the table 🤍

So I wanted to share the easiest, most foolproof way I know how to cook it so it turns out perfectly tender every single time.
