Our Story
The M-60 Corn Maze has been a major fundraiser for Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Union City, as we work toward our goal of building a new, handicap-accessible church. Constructing a church that will meet all of our parishioners’ needs has been an objective of our parish family for many years. Seven years ago, the idea of hosting an annual corn maze was presented, and this particular fundraiser has allowed us to make significant strides toward our financial goal. People from all over Michigan, as well as from Indiana and Ohio, have attended our corn maze and helped us to make it a success; roughly estimated 7,500 visitors have visited the maze in the past six seasons! It takes our small community of volunteers hundreds of hours to keep the corn maze running smoothly, and we hope that you will come out and enjoy the fruits of our labor for yourself!
Maps are available for all visitors to the maze, which include clues to the locations of ten punch posts scattered throughout the field. Bring your family and navigate your way through the maze, or come with your friends and see who can make it through the maze first! Everyone is welcome to enjoy the maze at their own pace, however, so the maps are entirely optional - feel free to get lost in the corn at your own leisure! After you’re finished, concessions are available and we have a selection of pumpkins for sale.
The maze will be opening Friday, September 11th, and will be open every Friday thereafter from 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Come with a group of friends and enjoy a discounted rate! Office parties, community groups, church groups, sports teams, fraternal organizations, and other large groups can come to the maze during the week by appointment and have the maze all to themselves. The group that gets lost together, bonds together! Call to schedule your group. Normal pricing as follows: 4 and under - Free 5-11 - $5.00 12 and up - $8.00
