Keto Pepperoni Mozzarella Air Fryer Wraps
A quick pizza-style snack or meal using keto tortillas, cheese sticks, and pepperoni.
🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)
4 keto tortillas (low-carb or zero-net-carb)
12–16 slices pepperoni
4 mozzarella string cheese sticks
2–3 tablespoons sugar-free marinara or pizza sauce (optional, inside or for dipping)
Olive oil spray or melted butter (optional, for crisping)
🔥 Instructions
1. Assemble the Wraps
Lay a keto tortilla flat on parchment paper.
Place pepperoni in a row down the center.
Add 1 mozzarella stick on top of the pepperoni.
(Optional) Spoon 1 teaspoon marinara over the pepperoni.
Roll tightly like a taquito or burrito.
2. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray wraps with oil or brush with butter.
Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook 6–8 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
3. Serve
Let rest 1–2 minutes (cheese will be very hot).
Slice in half or serve whole.
Dip in extra sugar-free marinara or ranch if desired.
💡 Pro Tips
Don’t overfill or they’ll burst
For extra crisp: brush lightly with garlic butter
Use parchment with holes if cheese leaks
Works great with salami or turkey pepperoni
