I brought back 100 lbs of fresh, never-frozen shrimp straight from the docks in Hyde County, NC.

These are being kept iced down at 32°F and well drained to maintain quality.

Place your order now and I’ll weigh it fresh when you arrive.

Available until sold out.

Once the remaining shrimp are frozen, they will be $11/lb frozen.

Experienced Help Wanted – Livestock Processing

We are looking for experienced, dependable help on Monday, July 20th and Monday, July 27th for livestock processing.

The work includes:
• Slaughter
• Skinning
• Gutting
• General livestock handling

This is paid, temporary work for those two dates, but it could lead to additional opportunities in the future for the right person.

🐄Important Processing Schedule Update🐖

As our business continues to grow, we’re shifting to a seasonal livestock processing schedule.

We’ll be processing beef and hogs in February and March, then taking a break from livestock through the summer months.
We plan to open livestock processing back up again late summer / early fall, leading into deer season.

This approach allows us to give each animal the time and attention it deserves while keeping our operation running smoothly year-round.
