Ohh Czech lager, we love you!!! Y’all have been really crushing our Edelweiss 10. What makes this beer so special? It is 100% edelweiss malt from Caleb Michalke that goes through a triple decoction and is hopped heavily with Michigan grown Saaz before getting lagered for a few months. All of that hard work makes this a nice and rounded beer. Come drink some on the Biergarten.

Now on tap for the first time ever and the first time back in cans after a two year hiatus!! Let me tell you, this batch hasn’t missed a beat. We are very excited to have this beer back in cans.

Unfamiliar Faces(Green Label) is our hazy pale ale that is brewed with copious amounts of spelt and oats. Hopped in the kettle with 100% of New Zealand Nectaron. Dry hopped with New Zealand Nectaron, Motueka and Riwaka. This beer has all of our favorite juicy components with just enough bitterness to make you want to keep drinking more.

C’mon down and have a few pours and take some cans to go. We also have a great to-go section.

Tomorrow is the return of the tall boys!! We will be canning up 3 beers and packing them in some 16oz cans. We are very excited to have these beers back in the cooler! More details to come tomorrow once they’re packaged. But for now, get excited for Shark Pils-German Style Pilsner, Castleberg- Northern German Lager, and Unfamiliar Faces- Hazy Pale Ale with 100% New Zealand Hops.

We are here still enjoying summer and all of the summer lagers!! But Oktoberfest is right around the corner!! Tanks are filled up with all the fest beers while they’re lagering to be your favorites this Oktoberfest. As always, we have a “Seedz Oktoberfest”-which is a marzen style lager and Seedz Fest”- which is the traditional festival lager!

You can get these at our 6th annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at Seedz Brewery. Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, August 11th at noon!!More details will be released!!

So happy to be at Field Day Brewing Co. festival for the love of hot dogs and lager beer!! Josh and Janet are slinging some foamy pours of lager from the Mitten State!! Last night, we transferred our Hazy Pale ale, “Unfamiliar Faces,” (hops all NZ Nectaron, Motueka and Riwaka) and caught the golden hour at the brewery. This batch is looking and tasting lovely!! Hopefully we’ll be releasing this next week!!
