We’ve talked about making the investment for a few years. Being able to access feed in bulk right here at the house will not only be a convenience but make us so much more efficient. Less time on the road and more taking care of the cattle right here at home.
The bins will allow us to supplement our mama cows over the winter & continue to grow our beef calf operation 🙌🏼
What this investment really means? COMMITMENT
We are 100% in on what we do everyday. We love the beef industry and are going to keep investing to be able to grow and be better stewards of our cattle and the land.
We cannot wait to show you these big boys in action real soon.

A glimpse at our long weekend setting up “Deer Camp” in Georgia. Calving season begins this week, so this was the perfect getaway before things get a little busier again.

So much anticipation leading up to these days.
Prayers for safe handling and loading of the cattle as they make their way west.

This weekend while we were in Georgia, I came across a dream board I made before Kory and I got engaged.

So much of it has “come to life”. In all actuality, every picture on that board has been my reality in some capacity in the last 6 years.

We’ve done so much. Adding to our family, growing businesses, accepting new opportunities, moving homes, changing jobs, purchasing animals.
We’ve left some opportunities. We’ve said no to some opportunities. We’ve grown some opportunities.
Our dreams have become our reality.
Funny part though. . Some parts of that board aren’t our dream anymore. Dreams change. Just like we do.

So this is just me reminding myself and you- it is OKAY to accept that your dreams CAN, WILL, and SHOULD change.

Three years ago I was toiling with the idea of choosing a very very different path for my future. Although I had what was my “dream job” on paper after college- I quickly realized the Lord was pulling at my heart to serve in a different way. He wanted me to be home. Home as a wife. Home as a mother. Home as a farmer. And here we are. Farming full time 🥩
