Oops I did it again!

I just loved that purple and peach bouquet, I had to do it again!

This one and some others are on the farmstand today along with bread loaves. Eggs will return tomorrow after filling a larger order. I will also be getting some smaller mason jar options out there today 🤗

Are you ready for fall to get here, or hanging onto summer a little longer?

It's September and I'm not ready to let go of summer colors. SO, I'm going to call this a late summer bouquet because technically, it's not fall yet 😜

As someone who lives for fall weather, sweatshirts, and campfires, growing LOTS of flowers has me holding onto summer a little longer than usual.

Did you know 🤔

If you buy a dahlia seed, there is NO WAY of knowing what it will look like? The only way to get a specific dahlia is by cutting a tuber (bulby root thing) from the mother plant.

Planting dahlia seeds is like playing a gardening lottery. This beautiful sunset girl is from a seed and I think she's a winner!

Not all of the plants I started from seed tickle my fancy but they might tickle yours. If you stick around long enough, maybe you'll get some free tubers to grow some of your own dahlias next year!

Y'all!!

This is all that is left today. 1 half bread, and one mason jar! Although it's sad to look at, I'm so thankful that you guys are supporting small farmstands like our's.

As much as I would love to restock this with flowers tonight, I'm going to dinner with my man.

FREE flowers?!

There is a bucket beside the stand with a handful of bouquets. Purchase any one item at the stand (eggs, bread, or a bouquet) and you can take one of these girls home for free!

I'm trying to get off my high horse a little here! These free bouquets are still beautiful flowers, but they are not the quality that I strive for. They may not last a whole week, a cosmos might be a little droopy, but they're free, they're beautiful, and they will still bring you joy 😊

Oh! And don't forget to say HI to our resident grasshopper hanging on the stand for the past couple days!

Just restocked a bucket of $15 bouquets! This huge dahlia is just the start of some seriously fluffy petals!

I don't know what it is about stopping to grab some bread, eggs, and flowers. Maybe it's a trip back to simpler times, when everything didn't have to be so processed or rushed.

Slow down for a minute. Stop at the stand, grab what you need, and probably listen to a goat screaming because she's stuck in the fence for the 27th time this weekend 😵‍💫
