We are a family farm producing pastured beef, pork and poultry.

The store is open this Saturday from 9-3 (pre-order through the website or just come on in!) and then the truck is at Tree House Brewing Co.in Charlton on Sunday from 12-8.

We are a working farm with a food truck and an on-site commercial kitchen. We have an open house each month highlighting our own smoked meats, pasture raised beef and pork, and baked goods and extras. We also cater! Everything from pick-ups to weddings, we can help make any event easier and delicious.

Looking for options with your game meat? Come and try our kielbasa, hot dogs, snack sticks, and fresh sausages. We will have samples and an extensive menu for your venison, moose, duck, boar, and goose.

Whether you are hosting, attending a party or just kicking back at home, we have your hot eats and Super Bowl treats covered! On Saturday, February 7 between 9am and 3 pm, we will have take home smoked brisket chili, low and slow smoked pulled pork, charcuterie boards with Taylor Spring Farm cured meats, and many other goodies that will make your game day even better.

Pre-order and then come by the farm and pick up. We will also have different meals and treats available at the farm that day, but we recommend pre-ordering so you don’t miss out.
