It's B-A-A-A-CK! Our all natural foaming soap packets are back for a limited time. We have 4 scents availabe:
Citrus Grove
Oatmeal & honey

Sun & Sand

We worked through quite a few different variations until we found the perfect mix for liquid soap. It gets things clean, it feels silky smooth, not chalky or sticky, and it rinses clean. To keep production manageable, we only offer our liquid soap at certain times of the year. You can pre-order now and get as much as you need, and we'll ship later this week or early next week.

This is an email I received this afternoon from a customer. There was a miscommunication in one of my emails and she was having difficulty at checkout.

She emailed this morning and I responded within minutes with options to fix the problem.

She didn't go through a phone tree or a decision matrix to get a hold of someone. She didn't get put in a queue to wait. She didn't get an AI response that said how much we value her while not solving her problem.

She spoke directly to the owner and had a real solution that she was happy with.

It isn't unusual for me to receive emails like this. We offer exceptional customer service!
