Overland Farm Pastured, 100% Grass-fed Scottish Highland Beef. No meds, hormones or antibiotics, just healthy, loc

Scottish Highland Cattle are renowned for producing tender, flavorful and healthy meat and are ideally suited to thrive in the conditions and climate Maine offers. Our animals are raised solely on pasture, no confinement, without the use of meds, hormones or antibiotics to produce the highest quality 100% Grass-fed Beef. We practice a highly sustainable method of Management Intensive Grazing wher

e our cattle are moved to fresh paddocks DAILY to ensure the animals have a regular diet of the freshest, most lush grasses while allowing the pastures to fully recover building organic matter, fertility and quality. In addition, by moving and working with the animals every day a close relationship is developed so we can ensure they are stress-free, humanely handled and healthy. None of our animals go more than a few days without us putting an arm around and giving a good and well appreciated rub-down!
