Joseph and Ginny were just awarded the first annual Carney award for the highest scores on the certification exams: Ginny for the Certified Service Manager and Joe for the Master Certified Appliance Professional exam. And... we just found out that Logan scored the second highest score.

I'm very excited to share that the gentlemen were not the only ones who sat for a special certification exam.

All the ladies of Cavalry Appliance Service have passed the CSM (Certified Service Manager) certification. There were modules for management tasks, productivity, employee & consumer relations, marketing and financial management. All modules are required for a passing score.

This morning at breakfast, Joseph was invited to speak about the top tech competition, since he was last year's winner.

He encouraged all the master technicians in the audience to throw their hat in the ring. He said it's hard, but it's worth it. He said it's not supposed to be easy to compete at that level, but he shared words that we hear over and over and over again at Cavalry Appliance: "We do hard things!"

We are very excited and proud to announce that all THREE of our technicians achieved their Master Level Appliance Technician Certification yesterday!!!

Over the past 6 months, Joe has been meeting with Austin and William once a week with an in-depth review of the technical information behind what they do in the field.

Their hard work paid off and after several hours of grueling testing, they did it!

Congratulations guys! We are so incredibly proud of you!

📣 Service Schedule Update

Cavalry Appliance Service will not be running service calls September 21–25 while our team attends the Professional Servicers Association (PSA) conference.

While our technicians will not be on the road during this time, our office is still available! We will continue taking and returning phone calls and text messages, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers as we are able.

This week gives our team the opportunity to participate in advanced education, hands-on training, and certification opportunities designed specifically for appliance service professionals.

Continuing education is an important part of how we serve our customers well. Appliance technology is always changing, and we believe staying current with the latest systems, tools, and repair practices helps us provide the knowledgeable, professional service you expect from Cavalry.

We appreciate your patience while we invest in our team and continue building our expertise. We look forward to getting our technicians back on the road with even more knowledge to put to work for you!
