These are the first 2 dimensioning systems we sold and installed today.

These are major time savers. Instead of pulling out the tape measure and measuring then weighing every box, this system does the dimensioning automatically. Simply put the box on the scale and the Rice Lake iDimension® Plus Parcel Static Dimensioning System will capture the dimensions of the box, weigh it, and send the dimensions and weight to their shipping system to print out a label.

How many times is the tape measure not where it’s supposed to be? The iDimension won’t get legs and walk away!

Another installation of Emery Winslow HYDROSTATIC™ Load Cells in the books. We put these under two augers to turn them into accurate scales. These load cells come with a LIFETIME warranty! Four more systems coming up in February.

Texas Scales played a vital role in this World Record! We were called at the last minute because they wanted an Accredited calibration to the scales that were going to be used to weigh everything. So Terence and Adam went to the store, tested, calibrated and certified the scales that were used. We used our standards to ensure the accuracy of the scales. We used Class 0 weights for the calibration. Class 0 are also considered reference standards as they’re often used to compare other weights against.
