Our Wagyu smashburger keeps things simple, because great beef doesn’t need much.

We start with ranch-raised Wagyu, sear it hard on the flat top, and cook it with our own rendered beef tallow for even more flavor.

No tricks, no complicated ingredients. Just great beef, great fat, and a really great burger.
