Corned Beef, Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwich🥪
- 1 Brioche bun
- 3 Eggs
- 2 slices of Leftover Corned Beef
- 2 Slices of American cheese
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Ketchup/hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Add olive oil or butter into your pan and toast the inside of your Brioche Bun. Remove from heat after 30 seconds and set your buns aside.
- Add in your leftover sliced corned beef. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Take your corned beef out of the pan once heated through and set aside.
- Crack three eggs into a bowl and mix them together. Add oil into your pan and add in your eggs. Push the egg on the sides of your pan towards the center, tilting pan to fill any gaps, until eggs are nearly cooked. Reduce heat to low and place one slice of cheese in center of eggs. Scramble the cheese into your eggs. Place another cheese slice on top of egg and cook until cheese is melted. Set your egg aside.
- Build your sandwich.
