The Drunken Cook ENTERTAINMENT!! Helping you understand alcohol, what it actually is, where it comes from, and how it can fit in cooking and your everyday life! Use Chicken!

This cookbook is designed to help provide knowledge about DIFFERENT TYPES OF alcohol and its uses in cooking and entertaining. When cooking with alcohol, or just cooking in general, please remember, your personal taste and touch should always be taken to account. For example, if you don’t like dark beer, try the recipe with light beer. If you don’t like foods spicy, leave out the spicy ingredients

. Prefer chicken to steak? Vegetarian? Try it with Tofu! Experiment, experiment, experiment! Great chefs usually NEVER get it right the first time! It is practice and trying something over and over again that leads to greatness. A background and history is provided for each type of alcohol, as well as recipes for food, drinks, and accompaniments. These have been paired for specific reason! Try them together, and more importantly, start with the drinks! This will help tie in all the flavors. Talk about it with your guests! Provide the facts and features! Get them involved in the cooking and bartending! Making each guest part of the process is the entertaining!
