Falcon Spirits Distillery Micro- Distillery, producer of artisan Gin Botanica Spiritvs Gin

Falcon Spirits broke grounds in February 2011 in Richmond California within a stone throws away from the San Francisco Bay with the intent to produce approximately 15,000 6 pack cases of high quality spirits for the US Market especially San Francisco Bay area . Licensing, permitting and Capital purchase and installation of Arnold Holstein custom made distillation equipment was completed in December 2012. The distillery went into production of its first product Botanica Spiritvs Gin in March of 2013.

Peregrine is still one of our favorite line of products. Made with grape spirits mostly, sometimes aged, sometimes dried one varietal. It’s low production, and evaporates once we make it. Grab one when you can. It’s a great shot as well as a great mixer 100% California.

After 17 years, we need a break to replenish and fortify our creativity.
While the distillery at the Richmond location will be closed permanently, the products and brands will be relaunched at a different location.
For now we’re looking forward to relaxing 😎
