Class A- Delivery Driver
Typical schedule - Tuesday - Friday (10 hour shifts - some weekend and holiday availability )
Responsible for delivery of product merchandising within large volume stores. Duties include driving a Class A CDL truck to deliver a variety of accounts. While at the account, duties include stocking shelves, rotating product, setting up displays, cooler stocking, product rotation, storage room organization, and the efficient movement of product from storage to the sales floor.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Merchandising Duties:
*Receive daily work request at start of each workday and has schedules signed off by account management (Store Representative);
*Review instructions as provided by Supervisor or Sales Representatives;
*Communicate with appropriate Sales
*Representatives on a daily basis;
Serve all accounts as scheduled by Supervisor;
*Pull outdated, damaged, and unsellable products – place in back stock and notify Sales Representative;
*Stock, rotate, and face product in coolers, on shelves, racks, and in displays;
*Work all back stock (re-stock neatly and securely) as required by Supervisor and Sales Representative;
*Set up and rotate sales promotion displays (including signage) according to store and Company standards;
*Assist in resolving customer inquiries and service complaints; and
*Notify Supervisor of any problems or opportunities with assigned accounts.
Company Duties:
*Adhere to Company policies and procedures;
*Adhere to all applicable Federal, state, and local regulations regarding the merchandising of alcoholic beverages;
*Maintain a valid Montana driver’s license and keep a good driving record; and
*Does not abuse equipment and maintain company property such as Company vehicles.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, other governmental agencies, and the general public as appropriate;
*Class A CDL is required, or the ability to obtain one upon hire;
*Ability to lift/carry/move 35 lbs. (maximum of 160 lbs.);
*Ability to stand for long periods of time (including bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, etc.);
*Good interpersonal and communication skills;
*Ability to work on own initiative; Ability to handle wide range of tasks;
*Understand and effectively communicate Summit Beverage's organizational mission and goals.
Education & Experience:
*High school diploma or GED preferred;
*Previous grocery, retail, or beverage
experience a plus.

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
