Pistachio Granola with Setton Farms Organic Dry Roasted with Sea Salt Pistachio Kernels ✨ Start your day (or snack time!) with this treat 😉 Packed with protein, antioxidants, fiber, and a seriously satisfying crunch—it's as delicious as it is nutritious! Get the recipe below 💚

Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
½ cup Setton Farms Organic Dry Roasted with Sea Salt Pistachio Kernels
¼ cup honey
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, combine oats, pistachio kernels, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.
3) Add melted coconut oil and honey, stirring until everything is well coated.
4) Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
5) Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
6) Let cool completely for about 20 minutes — it will crisp up as it cools.
7) Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
8) Enjoy with yogurt, over fruit, or as a healthy, crunchy snack!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Setton Farms Hot Honey Seasoned Pistachio Kernels (crushed)
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup honey (or hot honey)
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
½ package coleslaw mix (about 3 cups)
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 package extra-firm tofu
4 tablespoons soy sauce (for the tofu)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Pinch of salt
Tortillas
Olive oil, for cooking

Directions:
1) Begin by preparing the peanut slaw. In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce until smooth. Add the coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro, then toss until evenly coated. Set aside.
2) Next, prepare the pistachio-crusted tofu. Pat the tofu dry thoroughly and cut into small 1-inch rectangles.
3) Prepare two separate bowls: in the first bowl, combine the soy sauce and cornstarch, whisking until smooth. In the second bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, crushed pistachios, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
4) Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
5) Dip each tofu piece into the soy sauce–cornstarch mixture, then coat evenly in the pistachio-panko mixture. Once the oil is very hot, carefully place the tofu into the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip and continue cooking until evenly crisp on all sides. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly.
6) To assemble the wraps, warm the tortillas and spread a generous layer of peanut slaw in the center. Add the pistachio-crusted tofu, drizzle with a little extra honey or hot honey, and finish with more crushed pistachios if desired. Roll tightly into wraps. And enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium yellow onion, grated (about 3/4 cup)
1 medium potato, grated (about 3/4 cup)
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves, grated
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp Tajín Clásico seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup roughly chopped Setton Farms Tajín Seasoned Pistachio Kernels
6 hamburger buns and any veggie burger fixings of your choice.

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) In a food processor, add black beans, onion, potato, panko, garlic, olive oil, Tajín seasoning, chili powder, and salt. Pulse 3-5 times until you get a chunky texture, but hold it together when pressing with your fingers.
3) Place black bean mixture in a bowl, add egg, cheese, and pistachios. Knead with your hands until well combined.
4) Form 6 equal-sized black bean burgers and place them on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes.
5) Make your burgers with your favorite fixings.

Dark Chocolate Pistachio Sablé Cookies with Setton Farms Dark Chocolate Pistachios with Sea Salt ✨ Each bite of these cookies is a 😋 mix of nutty, chocolatey flavors and a hint of sea salt. Craving one yet? Get the recipe below 💚 ⁣

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Setton Farms Dark Chocolate Pistachios with Sea Salt
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
11 tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup Setton Farms Dark Chocolate Pistachios with Sea Salt, chopped

Directions:
1) Start by combining the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a bowl. Sift to remove any lumps and set aside.
2) In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or using a hand mixer), beat the butter until smooth and creamy. Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract, and continue mixing for a couple of minutes until the mixture is light and well incorporated.
3) Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Begin folding them in gently, then mix on low speed just until a cohesive dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips and the Dark Chocolate Pistachios until evenly distributed.
4) Transfer the dough onto a work surface and shape it into logs. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until firm.
5) Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6) Slice the chilled dough into rounds. If the dough cracks while cutting, simply press it back together with your hands. Arrange the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
7) Bake for about 18 minutes. The cookies will still feel soft and may look slightly underbaked, which is ideal for their final texture. Allow them to cool completely on a rack.
8) Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate together with the coconut oil in short intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy. Dip each cooled cookie halfway into the melted chocolate, then immediately sprinkle with the chopped Dark Chocolate Pistachios and finish with a touch of sea salt. Let the chocolate set before serving, and enjoy.
