Blackwelder Baking Co I am excited to share my culinary skills through class demonstrations focusing on fresh, seasonal & delicious ingredients with plenty of food to eat!

Hi, I'm Beth...
I am excited about sharing my skills and aesthetic values through classes and other events with you. As a native Californian, wife, and mother of 5, I developed my culinary skills and strong lifestyle philosophy while raising my family. Over the last 3 decades I've owned 2 catering companies and volunteered to host large and small events in my community. I am a believer in dinner @ 6:00, a tradition I was raised with and continued with my husband and children. Strong families build strong communities and strong nations; it all begins around the table.
