Still on the fence about entering the competition? Here's some more details:
On Tuesday, Nov 4th by 6pm, we will email the competitors the minimum amount of chili needed to compete based on ticket sales and expected taster count. As of now, 4 quarts is the minimum. This amount guarantees 50 chili samples of 2 ounce each. You can bring any toppings you would like to offer to the tasters. Competitors must arrive between 10:00am-11:00am to setup their table. You will have a table (with a chair(s)) assigned to you with your team name and your chili name displayed. The tables will be covered in paper, so you can write out your slogan and any dietary notes. We will provide you with all the tasting cups, spoons and napkins. There will be a supply table & captain taking care of you throughout the event. We will work with you in advance on your chili heating plan. We will have a hot box onsite to keep your backup chili hot. There will be a competitor's email going out in the next few days with more details. Please DM if you have any specific questions! LET'S GO!!!!!! Bakhus

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hired Crave Cuisine to cater our wedding and can't recommend Crave more highly. The owner Lori takes service to such a high level that is rare within the industry. Crave set up a wonderful tasting day for my wife and me to try all items that would be featured at the wedding. Lori took feedback and crafted an expert menu that exceeded all expectations. The Crave chef is very talented. Our guests we gushing praise at the quality of food as well as the service of the Crave staff. The food provided was cooked to perfection and the menu inspiration was out of this world. Tables are consistently checked on and never left wanting. Lori seemed like she was in multiple places at one time on the day of the wedding. From the refilling of glasses to the kindness and smiles of the staff handing out hors d'oeuvres we were blown away with how exceptional everything was that Crave provided. 💙 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐On a cold and rainy fall day, I began to look for a caterer for a celebration for 12 first cousins in my home. Cousins came from Virginia, Arizona and Minnesota. Being nostalgic, I thought of emulating the Sunday family dinners that our grandparents had many years ago, back in the 1940’s. Lori prepared a traditional, somewhat old fashioned menu. The food was tasty and very well accepted by the guests. Lori was efficient and prompt, a delight to work with. Thanks, Lori for making our special family celebration a huge success.

Lori came in with a calm, wonderful presence, whipped up the most amazing dinner, and left the kitchen spotless. It was beyond our expectations and exactly what we needed to end our girl’s weekend. No where to go, nothing to prepare or clean. To sit and enjoy our lifelong friendships while witnessing Lori’s beautiful art through food. Each dish was delicious and thoughtful. 10/10!!!

I cannot offer enough praise for Lori Terry and Crave Cuisine. Her delicious food was a highlight of the Friends of Door County Libraries Winnie Pooh Looza fundraiser. She is absolutely THE BEST! Great food, reasonably priced, great service during the event. You can't beat CRAVE CUISINE!

Lori organized, planned, and led a cooking class for our girls’ weekend, and she was thorough and communicated well from start to finish. She even met us at our location, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her tips and tricks along the way were so helpful, and the meal left us full and happy! It was my sister’s birthday, and Lori even stopped at a local pastry shop to pick up dessert. Everything turned out wonderful, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-run cooking class!
