I recently prepared a small charcuterie for a girls' night on Saturday, which served approximately 25 people.  Although barbecue is part of our name, we also enjoy creating charcuterie for various events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, including grazing tables, elegant small settings, baby showers, birthday parties, girls' nights in, corporate events, and weddings.
