Aside from the typical Filipino breakfast, we have fused our longanisa into the traditional hamburger and our tocino into the Japanese musubi. FEATURED! It started when the founder Lawrence Koh, emigrated from the Philippines to the US to be with his wife and son. One time, they were craving for some kapampangan style tocino and longganisa but is nowhere to be found. Lawrence's family had this business in the Philippines and his mother originally came up with recipe and passed it on to his son. By word of mouth, Lawrence tocino and longanisa gained traction amongst friends and relatives then co workers. 💯⁠
