Spencer Farms Orchard Celebrating 103 years of family farming! Apples, pumpkins, and more.

Spencer Farms sells seasonal produce at the home of Dale Spencer from September through November. All of the produce is grown here on Spencer Farms and carefully picked by hand when it is at its best. We sell sweet corn, peaches, plums, pears, apples, tomatoes, bell peppers, cabbage, zucchini, pumpkins, squash, gourds and more.

One week from tomorrow on October 31st at 5 pm we will close the garage doors for the season. There is still time to visit and pick up some fall color, squashes and apples to store, and pumpkins to carve. It has been a great season with lovely people and beautiful weather.
We are open 10-5 Mon-Sat and 1-5 on Sunday

Easy Caramel Apple Dip: This is so much better than what you can buy at the grocery store!
1/2 cup salted butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat
2. add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk, stirring to combine
3. stir constantly until mixture comes to a light bubbly boil
4. remove from heat right away and stir in the vanilla
Do not overcook as it will easily scorch if not stirred and watched constantly. It probably takes about 5-8 minutes to get to the gentle/ bubbly boil. Enjoy!
