Light, crisp, and refreshing. Layers is a Kölsch-style ale with a light yet satisfying body that showcases the balance between malt and hops. Expect layers of soft cracker and bread-dough maltiness with subtle and fresh pear notes in the finish.

Layers was brewed with our good friend Luke Sherrill from Counterbalance Brewing.

Shift (Orange Variant) - Hazy India Pale Ale - 6.8% ABV.

This offering was cool pooled with Citra, dip hopped with Citra Incognito, and double dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic cryo. Expect flavor waves of mango gummies, orange peel, pineapple, and ripe stone fruits in the finish.

Hazy pale ale brewed with Colorado spruce tips and conditioned on Colorado spruce tips. Dry hopped with deep cut Cascade hops from the great Crosby Hops.

Citra Citra Citra - Hazy India Pale Ale - 6.5% ABV
Hazy India pale ale coolpooled with Citra T90s, dip hopped with Citra Incognito, and dry hopped with Citra cryo.

Both offerings pair perfectly with the delicious food from The Naughty Lobstah!
