Hey Market Friends! It’s looking like it’ll be a super weather day tomorrow for Brookline Farmers' Market and to come out to the Farmstand ! Here’s some of the things you’ll find!

🔔The campanula (“the bell flowers”) you all have been asking about will be BACK. They’re only around for a short time (this week and next).
🌸It’ll likely be the last week for peonies and poppies
🌼for the lily lovers— a first installment of pollenless Asiatic lilies (meaning no scent) are hitting the farmers market and Farmstand tomorrow!! Come check out this color!
💐for those celebrating or needing a gift: we’ll have mixed bouquets too!

Peonies, peas, poppies, and some luxe mixies this weekend in the Farmstand! It’s pretty balmy out and these spring flowers don’t love the heat so on out early (don’t forget to check in the cooler!) for the best selection. Open 10-4 Sat and Sun.

Farmstand is open this weekend! We’ve got mixed bouquets, peony bunches, snapdragons and poppies! Lots of gift items too if you’re looking for end of year gifts for teachers and grads alike!

Have space in the garden? It’s a great weekend to get plants in the ground - this is the last week for plants at the stand! Still have some veg, herbs, container plants, dahlia tubers and pots available!

Welcome back into the mix, Poppy.

Those of you who have been around for a bit have exclaimed poppies are back?!? Yes, it’s been SIX seasons since we last grew poppies!!! …and we’re loving them again!

They’ll be this week’s highlight at the Farmstand, along with some (limited) peony bunches (CSA started this week) and mixed bouquets. We still have some veg, herbs and container plants left along with dahlia tubers and potted dahlias. It’s the perfect time to plant your gardens this weekend!

Coconut says it’s the puuuuurrrrrfect weekend to get your gardens planted! The heat has passed and there’s some clouds and rain to help get your plants settled in! Early birds get the last of the cut flower plugs and cherry tomatoes (we’re so grateful for the turnout last weekend!). We still have dahlia tubers, some potted dahlias, and a good selection of cosmos, zinnias, heirloom tomatoes, and bedding plants for your containers! Plus the last of the ranunculus, mixed bouquets for your grads, and first of the poppies are in the stand!

With Mother’s Day in our rearview, it’s time to turn our attention to our Annual Plant Sale!

Besides cutting flowers, bunching CSAs, packing wholesale orders, dividing and shipping dahlia tuber orders, the crew has been working on seeding, potting, and tending to thousands of baby plants for this year’s plant sale!

If you’re a plant person these next two weekends are THE time to come by! We’ll have dahlia tubers (including Lyh’s dahlia fertilizer), cut flower starts, veg and herb starts, container plants, gardening supplies and tools that we use ourselves here on the Farm.

The vibe is more like a Garden Party where no one judges you for the number of plants you have 🤣.
