2nd Annual VBS Fundraiser First Baptist Church Urbana We are having a chili/soup dinner fundraiser with a silent auction for baskets, gift cards, homemade baked goods, etc to raise funds for our 2023 VBS.

Chili/soup dinner is by donation.

Thanks to everyone who showed up yesterday for our fundraiser, we had a good turnout and enjoyed lots of good food and great fellowship!
You all helped us to raise over $1700 for our VBS fund!
I am blessed and humbled by everyone’s help and support ❤️

We have lots of great items for our silent auction this weekend!

We have several fall themed baskets full of lots of awesome stuff! A beautiful Christmas basket, bath themed baskets, a movie theme basket with tons of yummy snacks, movies, and even comfy throws for snuggling up on a movie night with your family!
There is going to be pizza gift certificates, and items from some of our favorite local businesses like: Expresso Company 825, Market 116, Krystal’s Hair Studio, Corral Customs, and MQ’s Designs!

A little more sneak peek into our fundraiser that’s coming up quick! We’ve added ham and beans and clam chowder to our many chili and soup choices so come hungry 🤤
We have multiple gift baskets of different styles, including fall and movie themes, a hand grinder, gift certificates, and more!

We look forward to seeing everyone and having a great time!

Just 3 more weeks to go until our fundraiser, so far we are going to have at least 5 different chili’s, chicken noodle soup, 2 potato soups, and a vegetable soup for your dining pleasure and we’re planning for more!
Our silent auction plans are coming along, just a few of the homemade baked goods that we will have are cookies, German chocolate cake, blueberry cheesecakes, and more!
Make plans to attend and enjoy great fellowship as we come together to support our 2023 VBS! Can’t wait to see you there!

We are having our 2nd Annual Chili/Soup Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm.
A variety of chilis and soups will be available along with tea and lemonade. The dinner is for donations and once again we will have a big variety of homemade baked goods, gift certificates, and other items for a silent auction. ALL proceeds will go to fund next summer’s VBS event.

Make sure to mark your calendars and plan to join us for a fun evening of great food and fellowship!

Tomorrow’s the day everyone come out 5pm to 7:30pm.
We will have two silent auctions one for baked goods and one for gift cards and other donated items.
For baked goods you will need to be present to win, that auction will go to 7pm….for the gift cards and donated items you do not have to be present to win, it will run to 7:30pm.

Just a couple more days to go, here’s another sneak peek into the event.
We’re going to have several chili’s, loaded potato soup, vegetable soup, and more!
And some more additions to our silent auction, Mr. Ed’s T-shirt’s and gift certificates, a chainsaw, 50lb bag of dog food.
And don’t forget about the kid’s auction items: Skyline hats, candy bags, and cupcakes!

**All proceeds go to fund our 2022 Vacation Bible School next June!
