🚜🌻 B & Wellsy’s Ridge Farm Update 🌻🚜

We wanted to give everyone a little heads-up! 💚

Due to a somewhat unexpected surgery I’ll be having next week, the farm stand and B & Wellsy’s Ridge Farm will be operating on limited hours for a little while as I recover.

🥚 Eggs: Please reach out to Codi for any egg needs or availability.

🍞 Sourdough: Sourdough will temporarily be BY ORDER ONLY while I’m recovering. I do plan to bake and put some fresh loaves and goodies out at the stand this week/weekend before surgery, so keep an eye on the page!

🥤🌾 Farm Stand: Hours and inventory may be a little unpredictable over the next couple of weeks. We just ask that everyone please be patient with us while we navigate recovery and keep things moving as much as we can.

And most importantly… DON’T FORGET ABOUT US! 😂💚

This is only temporary! Once I’m back on my feet, we’ll be getting the stand back into full swing with drinks, sourdough, eggs, farm goodies, new items and more!

We’re starting small with very limited items while we get everything up and running, but we were too excited to wait any longer! 🥹🌻

🐥😂 Well… the introduction didn’t exactly go as planned.

Tonight I decided it was finally time to show Goldilocks the little babies I hatched for her and see what she thought about becoming a mama…

Her face pretty much says it all. 😂😂

Goldilocks: “Excuse me… you hatched WHAT for me?!” 🤨🐥

Safe to say, she was NOT impressed with my little surprise. 😂 I was over here thinking she’d immediately be like, “MY BABIES!” while she was more like, “Please remove this tiny creature from my back immediately.” 💀

We’ll give her a little time and see if those mama instincts kick in, but for tonight I think she’s questioning every single one of my life choices. 😂🐔

Farm life… where apparently I hatch the babies and then try to convince the hens they’re theirs. 🤷‍♀️😂❤️

🐣🐥 BARNYARD HATCH UPDATE! 🐥🐣

Look at all these tiny little faces! 😍 Our barnyard hatch is officially complete and we welcomed 10 sweet little babies to B & Wellsy’s Ridge Farm & More! ❤️

One of my favorite things about doing barnyard hatches is never quite knowing what we’re going to get. 😂 Different colors, different markings, and each one already has its own little personality. 🐥

But we’re not quite finished yet… 👀

🥚 We currently have 12 MORE eggs in the incubator! Once those babies make their appearance, that will most likely be our last hatch until spring. 🌷🐣

We’ve done quite a bit of hatching this year, and as much as I absolutely LOVE watching those little beaks start breaking through the shells, it’s about time to give the incubator a break. 😂

For now, we’re going to enjoy all the tiny peeps, fluffy butts and baby chick snuggles while we can. 🥹❤️

🌿🐓 THE FARM STAND IS FINALLY OPENING! 🐓🌿

After a VERY long and exhausting fair week, we’re excited to say that we plan to have a very soft opening tomorrow around 1 PM! 🎉❤️

And when I say soft opening… I mean SOFT. 😂 We’re easing our way into this one!

We will have a very limited selection to start, including:

🥚 Farm fresh eggs
🥤 Dirty Alani drinks
🌿 And possibly a few other goodies depending on what I can get together!

🍞 Sourdough friends — don’t worry, it’s coming! Our sourdough goodies will NOT be available for the first few days. Fair week took over our lives, so my starter needs to be warmed back up, fed, loved on and strengthened for a few days before she’s ready to get back to work. 😂❤️ Once she’s happy and active again, the sourdough baking will begin!

Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll slowly be adding more homemade, homegrown and farm-fresh goodies as they’re ready. 🌱🥚🍞

This little farm stand has been something we’ve talked about, planned for and worked toward for a while, so even though tomorrow’s opening will be small, I’m SO excited to finally open it. 🥹

As fair week comes to a close, we just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

The support shown to our family, our kids, and B & Wellsy’s Ridge Farm & More has meant more than we can put into words.

Thank you to everyone who supported Emma and Ava’s 4-H projects, offered encouragement, shared our posts, checked on us throughout the week, and helped us when we needed an extra hand. Thank you to our incredible 4-H leaders and volunteers for everything you do to help shape the next generation.

A special thank you goes to our family—especially Brittany’s parents—for the endless support they’ve given throughout this journey. We couldn’t do it without you.

Fair week is exhausting, emotional, and incredibly rewarding. Watching these kids grow in responsibility, confidence, and perseverance makes every early morning and late night worth it.

We’re grateful for this community and can’t wait to continue growing with all of you. Thank you for supporting our family, our farm, and our dreams. We’ll see you soon at the farm stand! ❤️🌾🐐💚

🚜🌾 Fair Week Update from Wellsy’s Ridge Farm! 🌾🚜

It’s fair week! ❤️

Our kids will be busy showing their 4-H animals at the fair from today through July 31st, so our business will have limited availability during that time. We may be a little slower to respond to messages and fill orders while we cheer them on and support all of their hard work.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We can’t wait to see everyone when our farm stand officially opens on August 1st! 🥚🍞🥒
