Life Update--- Over the past 9-12 months we have found ourselves in a constant state of juggling all of the things! Career changes, 4 busy kiddos, new opportunities, and the farm have really kept us from attending our farmers markets regularly.
In an effort to still offer bison meat to our customers we have decided to try a monthly wholesale option.
In short-- we will have several "boxes" to pick from each month. We will offer different varies of cuts as our meat supply allows. The plan is to place orders at the beginning of the month via google documents and we can set up pickup or delivery at the end of each month!
As with all new things, we don't expect it to be perfect right away, but our goal is to bring balance our business and our life, while still giving out customers purchase options!
