Gaelic in its roots, Macánta means honesty and in the eyes of the co-owners, food honesty means being forthcoming in all aspects of our production and cultivation, as well as ensuring that our fo

otprint on this Earth is a positive one that moves agriculture far away from the petroleum industry, and closer to its origin as a food system that simultaneously balances its relationships with humans, animals, the soil, and the entire ecosystem that surrounds it.
