Finding problems on a Kinze planter! Customer told us his row units were getting pretty loose. Found a couple major problems from worn out/broken bushings. This is the major reason for using PPS shoulder bolts. Changed the support plate for the customer and will have to change the shank or weld up the worn hole. Just a couple things to check on your kinze planters!

Installed rebuilt parallel arms and air bag arms with PPS bushings on both of these DB60 24 row planters in February of 2022. They have roughly 5-6k acres each. All the parallel arms are still tight and have had zero problems. This week the customer had us back to put arms on his 20" DB60 for planting beans. Stop the slop! Do it right the first time with PPS bushings. Breaking down the reason for reaming the holes in the row unit and support plate. Notice I didn't even pick a hole that was worn from the factory bolt being loose.

Back in Iowa working on planters! Installed Rebuilt Parallel Arms and Air bag arms for this customer the fall of 2021 on both of his 30" DB60 corn planters. Now we are putting arms on this new to him 60ft 20" DB60. Message me if you're needing any rebuilt planter parts with PPS bushings

24 rows of Kinze arms finished up going back home to Illinois this week. Customer told me he had a couple bent arms. Took the time to straighten them and a few others to make sure they are all straight. He is also getting all new set back brackets from PPS thanks for the business Hal
