Portland-based is opening their first location in Utah as part of the new development targeted for 2028. Bamboo Sushi is known for being the world's first certified sustainable sushi concept, offering only eco-friendly seafood. Their menu is largely naturally gluten free as well!

You're just scoop-erior

is a newer gelato shop located in Provo creating insanely creamy, authentic gelato. This is hands down my top favorite gelato shop in the whole state, and is even better than many shops we have had in Italy! Flavors change each month, and my top fave flavor of all time is their tiramisu!

Besides gelato, they also offer affogato with either coffee or hot chocolate. These are fantastic! This is a true gem and somewhere you have to visit on your own to taste the difference!
