I love all of you so much and am so thankful for the friendships that we’ve made over the last 2 years at Red Barn!!

Unfortunately I have to close Red Barn (unless someone buys me out which is still possible 😉) and I will be running Square Lake Nutrition in Troy, only 6 minutes up the road.

Please come see me at !!! We are open 7 days a week with longer hours!
