It’s not even 11 and I’m sold out of fillets as well as whole fish! BUT. We still a few smoked trout, canned trout, quail eggs & smoked trout dog treats/raw food! I’m here until 1:00!

We will not be at Squirrel Hill tomorrow, so come see us at Bloomfield!

Just an early update: you will find us at the Bloomfield farmers market on Saturday, but we will be absent on Sunday’s Squirrel Hill market.

Enjoy our “baby” fish that aren’t so much babies anymore. This is about half as full as it was and yet still over capacity for this one pond.

We are currently offering smoked trout ONLY in whole fish and not fillets. Same brine, same method and HALF the price! This will be for the season!

Good morning Mill Creek Trout Farm customers. We will start off by saying we apologize for last-minute notice but this weekend will be our last farmers markets and we will not return until next year’s market season. Jeremiah has an opportunity with an organization (IDES) to help with several hurricane Helene home rebuilds near Asheville, NC and we will be temporarily moving there to continue relief efforts. Now that we have a specific date, we will be leaving very soon.

We appreciate everyone that has supported us in our business and we hope each and every one of you have a wonderful fall, winter, and spring season. We look forward to seeing you next year.
