Settle a disagreement please, I made sweet mint jelly, and didn’t add the food coloring, I saw no reason for it but my husband thinks people want the intense green color because people eat with their eyes first. What do you think?

Healed up from surgery Enough to get back to work to start cooking again! Started with a seasonal favorite strawberry rhubarb! Soon I will be back out there stay tuned for show dates and our list of flavors! I am coming back!!!!
