Mini Meal Prep began its humble roots back at Artillery Outlaws Strength & Conditioning around December 2016. The goal is to create delicious, healthy and affordable meals for those trying to maintain that healthy lifestyle. The inspiration to start Lisa's company took place at a 2016 Spartan Race Super in Sacramento, CA. After talking to other fellow racers who started their own meal prepping com

pany, the idea to launch Mini Meal Prep became a wonderful idea. With the help of Artillery Outlaws Strength & Conditioning owner Teddy Rojas as well as gym mate Jill Rubio and a couple other friends, the company began to make a difference in people's lives.
