Brisket Daddy BBQ had the pleasure of delivering a hearty catered lunch to the chief of nurses at Dignity Health woodland and the office staff at YOLO adult care facility in Woodland, California.

The menu was loaded with:

🥩 Smoked brisket
🍗 Barbecue chicken
🔥 Baked beans
🥔 Potato salad
🧀 Macaroni and cheese
🍞 Dinner rolls
🌶️ Barbecue sauce, jalapeños, pickles and house pickled onions

We had the privilege of catering for the team at ACC Care, and reading this review made our day.
From the planning process, to adapting to last-minute changes, to serving up that brisket, chicken, and apparently the STAR OF THE SHOW… those baked beans 😂🔥. We wanted to make sure their team was taken care of from beginning to end.
One line really stood out to me:

I did a brisket cook and tracked my number to make sure I was charging properly. Here is what I found.
13 briskets weighing 221.74 LBS raw weight at $5.99 a lb. $1328.00 After trimming I had a total weight of 161.84 lbs. After smoking them I have a total finish weight of 111.79 lbs. of sellable brisket. This means It takes almost 2 pounds of raw brisket to produce 1 pound of finished brisket. Then there is
Rub * Wood * Charcoal * Foil/paper * Gloves
* Labor * Utilities * Rent * Insurance
* Credit card fees * Packaging.

Yup I charging the right amount. $40/LB

What started as a quick frying-pan rescue turned into a delicious lunch! 😂 My friend left her pans at the commercial kitchen, so I brought them over and of course, I had to try the food!

Listen… Delicious Dishes is serving up some seriously good gourmet cuisine! Great food made by great people. Go show her some love and support this amazing food truck—you won’t be disappointed! 🔥🍽️❤️

They have a 🤫 secret menu. So JUST ASK!!
