Spicy Chicken Burrito Bowlā

180g Chicken Breast (raw)ā
10g (1tsp) Chipotle in Adobo Sauceā
5g Ground Chipotle Spice, Garlic Powderā
100g Garlic Lime Cooked Rice (see comments)ā
50g Tomatoā
20g White Onionā
50g Black Beansā
30g Lettuceā
Limeā
Corianderā

Dice chicken, marinate in spices, 1 Tbsp lime juice and chipotle sauce (I leave for 15 minutes or while Iām prepping my sides).ā
Dice tomato, thinly slice onion and add chopped coriander to taste. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.ā
Cook chicken (I used air-fryer, but you can pan fry) for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.ā
Serve with sides as desired.ā

The chicken has a great flavour, similar to Guzman spicy chicken. This one is super easy to meal prep and add heaps of sides, if that be grilled vegetables, avocado, yoghurt, cheese or bulk up the rice. Iāve made many bowl variations on my page for different options. This will be added to my regular meal prep list, so yummy and easy. The marinate would also be nice on cauliflower or protein substitute.
