Good afternoon, friends!
I first want to say thank you to everyone who has supported my little business over the last nearly three years! (Which is crazy to say, I actually had to check the date a few times because I couldn’t believe it had been that long)
I am incredibly grateful for all of you who continue to recommend me to your friends, family, neighbors, and community groups. After my first year, I hardly had to advertise at all because your continued support and referrals have kept me nearly fully booked for the past two years. That means more to me than I can say.
As many of you know, this isn’t my full-time job, but rather a side business that has allowed me to earn some extra income while doing something I genuinely enjoy. Recently, though, some health issues and physical limitations have made it increasingly difficult to balance both jobs, my personal responsibilities, and still give every order the time and quality I believe it deserves.
Because of that, I’ve made the decision to take a little hiatus through the end of the year. I do have a few confirmed orders already on my calendar, and those orders will absolutely still be completed as planned, but I will not be accepting any additional orders for the remainder of the year.
For those of you who are always so kind to tag and recommend me when someone is looking for a baker, please know how much I appreciate it! For the next few months, though, feel free to save those tags for me until I’m accepting orders again. My plan is to return in January rested, healed, and ready to get back to creating things I’m proud of for all of you.
Thank you again for nearly three amazing years of trusting me with your birthdays, weddings, celebrations, and special moments. I’m not saying goodbye, just see you in January 2027 for my three year anniversary!
