Happy National Farm Safety and Health Week! It’s important to slow down and be aware of farmers on the road.

🚗 Drivers – Please slow down and be patient when approaching farm vehicles. It’s illegal to pass agricultural equipment in a no-passing zone. When legally passing, consider the possibility of the farm vehicle turning left into a roadway or field entrance.

Farmers, be aware of the lighting and marking requirement for farm vehicles. 🚜

🌟 Trevor “Hightower” Duchow has been on the Quality Roasting team for 13 years, wearing many hats and helping wherever needed. Known as a true jack-of-all-trades, his versatility, hard work, and willingness to lend a hand have made him an important part of the team. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, DJing, 3D printing, camping, and listening to live bands, and he is also a proud member of the Ant Hill Mob in Osman, Wisconsin. Thank you, Hightower for 13 years of dedication in Valders!!

🌟 Reid Olson has been a valued member of the Owen, Quality Roasting team for the past 12 years, working in several roles including Mill Tech and Lead Maintenance Mechanic. Throughout his time here, Reid has demonstrated dedication, versatility, and a strong work ethic that have made a positive impact across the plant. Outside of work, Reid enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends, including his wife Kim and their 15-year-old daughter.
