Did you know the temperature of your butter can make a BIG difference in your cookies? 👀🍪

🧊 COLD BUTTER:
Great for cookies when you want them to spread less and have a thicker, chewier texture. Cold butter helps keep the dough firm while baking.

🌡️ ROOM-TEMPERATURE BUTTER:
Perfect when you want a softer, more evenly spread cookie. Creaming softened butter with sugar also helps create that light, fluffy texture.

✨ Sweet Cheeks Tip: For most classic cookie recipes, softened room-temperature butter is the way to go—but always follow your recipe because butter temperature can completely change your final cookie!

One of my favorite little baking tricks? Parchment paper! 🙌🏽

It helps keep your cookies, brownies, cakes, and other baked goodies from sticking to the pan—and makes cleanup SO much easier! 😍

👩🏽‍🍳 Sweet Cheeks Tip: For cakes and brownies, lightly grease your pan first, then add parchment paper. Leave a little overhang on the sides so you can easily lift your treats right out of the pan! 🍰✨

Less sticking. Easier cleanup. Better baking. 💕
