We are offering two steers for butcher, available at a price of $5.00 per pound based on hanging weight, with a separate cut and wrap fee to be covered by the purchaser. Buyers have the option to purchase either a half or whole steer. Processing services are available at Greenleaf in Caldwell or Russell's in John Day.
