Scarlet Ribbons was created in the Pews of Valencia Christian Center. Since I was able to cook I have been creating dishes that family and friends always wanted to know more about. One dreary Sunday, with limited ideas in mind, Pastor Marlon said...Use What's In Your House, meaning your God given talents. The next day I was registering Scarlet Ribbons at the courthouse and building my recipe book.

I push the envelope. I create on the fly and I rarely measure anything and ALWAYS wow people with presentations of frozen ice with edible flowers and fruits and shot glasses full of magic. My catering is sexy and fun, yet leaves the client craving more. I will say my brian is wayyyy off the cuff but making my clients happy is first and they always trust me...especially after the first event. Stay tuned. We haven't even scratched the surface.
