Three young women shared their stories and responded to questions at the AgCeptional Women’s Conference breakout session of Ask the Entrepreneurs in Norfolk, Nebraska. Jessica Korinek of Nave Analytics and Britany Wondercheck of Marble Technologies each shared about their businesses and entrepreneurial experiences. Chelsea Luthy-Stoeger of Meat & Complete highlighted the company’s history, her inspiration for creating the product, and the journey from attending farmers' markets to the newly built USDA-Inspected kitchen with a grand opening scheduled for Saturday, November 26th from 1-4 pm with a ribbon cutting at 1 pm.

The Cibo meat protein bars are unique and made from 90% lean, grass-fed ground beef, plus a fruit, a vegetable, and a savory spice blend baked in a ready-to-eat bar. The bars are fully cooked and can be eaten cold, but they are great tasting when warmed on the grill or in a microwave oven as well. Not only are they gluten-free but also dairy-free and a good choice for those with dietary restrictions or special diets such as diabetics, AIP, keto, paleo, trim healthy mama, etc. There is no added sugar, soy, oils, nitrates, nitrites, or nuts, and is low carb and high protein.
