We had the cutest little visitor to the pumpkin patch today!! Our grandson and his mom and dad came out to look around and snap a few pictures. Pumpkins are looking good but we did find a bunch of the dreaded squash bugs so still keeping fingers crossed they don't get too bad.

It's been a couple weeks since I have been able to grab a few pictures of the edges of the pumpkin patch but we are still looking good. Jack has stopped watering so the plants should start dying out and soon we should be able to get a better look deeper into the patch. Still to early to know if we will have enough to open but we are hopeful!!

Finally got a chance to walk around the pumpkin patch. I was a little worried about what we were going to see as we haven't seen alot of bees pollenating. To my surprise we did see quite a few along the edges. The plants themselves are huge and look fantastic so we couldn't walk thru the patch. Still unsure if it will make it to October but I will try to keep you all up to date!!

Thankful for the rain. Pumpkins are coming along just fine.

We have some exciting news! After taking a couple years off from planting pumpkins we decided to give it one more try. Last weekend we planted close to 200 hills. Its way to early to know if the bugs will become an issue but i just wanted to jump on here quick and let you all know we are going to try. Hopefully everything works out and we see you all this fall 🎃
