Slow Sunday, local lunch. 🌱☕️🍑
We stopped by Hatchet Coffee Roasters for avocado toast topped with our Sunshine Mix microgreens, a hummus focaccia sandwich on Stick Boy Bread Co., and their new Peach Tonic. Every bite (and sip) was worth savoring.
One of the most rewarding parts of growing food is seeing it become part of meals like this. It’s a reminder that every local business is connected to so many others, and together we create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Grateful to be a small part of Boone’s local food community. 💚
