THIS JUST IN: The signs have been found and returned! FAQ:

- No, this was not a publicity stunt. I don't have time for that :) As many of you conjectured, it was a miscommunication.

- Yes, the person who did it is mortified.

- No, I do not blame them for one second.

- Yes, the signs are safely back at the winery!

And yes, I am glad I didn't get around to filing that police report!

We still have no leads on the stolen signs. I'm going to start posting what they took so you know what to look for.
(I mean they even took the dog pooping sign and the two below it.)

I'm pleased to report that The Fricken is safe from the scoundrels and varmints like the .... that stole our signs. I'd like to extend HUGE thanks to the Angels Camp Museum and the Calaveras County Visitors Bureau, California for providing a new home in the Frog Jump exhibit for our beloved frog-chicken!
